All
parts brought in undergo a rigorous inspection procedure. Each is
disassembled, cleaned, and visually and dimensionally inspected. All
components failing inspection are replaced. Mating connections are cleaned
and visually inspected and gauged, and if necessary, the threads are
re-cut. All seals are replaced and the item is reassembled and
hydrostatically tested to the requirements of API Specification 7.
